Manchester United v Brighton – Premier League Match Report
Match Preview
Man Utd, after defeating Liverpool and Sunderland, look to make it three Premier League wins on the bounce tonight. Confidence is high with Ruben Amorim in charge currently!
Only problem is, Brighton are the Seagulls, having triumphed on each of their last three trips at the Theatre of Dreams, and six of the last seven fixtures between the clubs.
Never mind the wind behind; Brighton have found very comfortable. That said, Brighton are otherwise famously erratic as their hosts, therefore the fixture appears both fascinating and potentially rollickingly good entertainment.
Kick-off is at 5.30pm BST a final reminder for now as the clocks go back this evening, folks. It’s on!

Squad Updates
Man Utd have made two adjustments after their 2-1 win away to Liverpool. Šeško is selected instead of Mount, who drops to the bench, plus the decisive scorer Maguire misses out at all, Yoro replaces him at the back.
He sustained a knock this week in practice. Tyrell Malacia is named in a Premier League squad this campaign.
Brighton & Hove Albion make one change following victory at home versus Newcastle. It’s ostensibly a defensive one, including De Cuyper for Diego Gómez, now among the subs.
Danny Welbeck, formerly of United to win the Premier League back in 2013, returns to Old Trafford in fine form of four goals in three games, exceeding his tally from 15 prior games.
Build-Up
Ruben Amorim doesn’t much care regarding comments from Arne Slot … yet Welbeck is mindful with the thought processes from the German coach.
Various reports suggest that this match could have implications for both teams’ seasons in the top flight campaign progresses.
Ones to watch are Bruno Fernandes from the hosts plus Welbeck from the away side, each performing well in recent weeks.
